Service is soooooo slow only 2 tills open. It took 15 min to pay

Very bad customer service. We werent allowed to take pictures inside the store. We couldnt fit on shoes or clothes. It is against company policy according to the staff. I have never experienced this at any Truworths and this will be my last time coming to this branch or store ever again. Please train your staff!!!

Horrible service all around. Everyone we spoke with were confused and didnt seem to know how their own systems work. I would urge anyone to go to a different branch if you need to use Truworths.
