This shop is situated in side the canal walk shopping center. It was such a great pleasure to have visited the shop and purchased few items from them.The service was great and the shop is well maintained and beautiful and smelling good too. It was also easy to find what I was after. The fit was perfect. I was really pleased with the overall experience and I will surely be back, given the chance.Cheers!!

Please do something about the ladies masks and kiddies masks. I have purchased about 20 as I was buying for some family members as well, but boy! they are super uncomfortable and eina. The ear straps or whatever you call them are super short. Why not just make the mens style for everyone? They seem better in terms of comfort. Quality is good though.

Bad experience paying. At POLO in CW the shop assistant started entering my full card details in their system. Card Number, expiry date, cvr! Basically a full copy of my card! As soon as I saw this ALARM BELLS went off. I stopped it with the same since this is HIGHLY IRREGULAR! This is not a secure system. They demanded that the sale be completed this way and that it is the only way.I suggested that we just try the normal card machine and that worked just fine. And the sale was approved as the the other 1000 times i have used it. At no point did they ask my permission to copy my card. I have shopped a lot in the 3 weeks I have been in SA and not once have I come accross this requirement.

Walked in the Polo store in CW. No acknowledgement from sales staff. Lost a big sale today. Will never return.

Had the worst shopping experience yesterday, even had to leave the store without the item. What sucks is that i still want the item...please work on your customer service.

I Buntu Siyalana .Secretary of Intshayelelo Primary School ... very dissapointed on on the way i was treated last night on one of the retail shop in Canal walk as i was visiting the store to purchase a T-shirt. A guy by the name of Dane treated us with no respect , my son whom i came to purchase for him dislocate one of the statues arm, there and then he span telling us that the store was hes. To such an extent i ended up reversing the payment and living the T-shirt because i was very dissapointed and angry. Please look in to the matter because i love the shop and dont wanna have attitude on the shop.
