Went to pay my account today , assistant is busy singing while im standing at the pay point , no greeting, doesnt ask how much I want to pay , assistants talk to each other while attending to me , another teller stands drinking cooldrink right there . I was really appalled at the service I received , never had this kinda experience before the revamp of the centre.
