Pick and Pay Table Bay Mall cashiers are extremely unfriendly and lazy. They dont greet. Its like they dont want to help you. They make you feel that you need to pack your own groceries in bags. I noticed when I unpacked my groceries in my car that my eggs were also cracked..I know that we as consumers must check..but dont they also do a quick check.I love this shopping mall. What a lovely atmosphere. But Pick n Pay needs to step up big time with their client service.

I often visit this branch of PNP-today I found it a struggle to find items as the aisles were not fitted with info boards.I wonder why? Did I miss something? Covid protocols adhered to except at the till where I was served.I had to ask the lady to please sanitize the till area.She left her post to return later with sanitizer and cloths.Not friendly or apologetic.

I have purchased fruit from the store on numerous occasions and the quality is very poor. I am unable to post pictures of rotten peaches and bananas. It looks fine on the outside but the inside is rotten. The fruit is generally rock hard as well.

First time going to this Pick a Pay. Not a wide variety of products. Little stock on the shelves. No music playing in the store. Very cold atmosphere. Will never shop there again.

This store consistently offers very poor customer service. Over and over again, the price on the shelf isnt the same at the till.

Enquired about a smart shopper card. Your staff said someone else will get it for me, then when she brought the card, she dumped it on the counter and walked away. I then asked how I activate it, and she sighed at me and said I must go to the kiosk to get it done. Such bad service and not a care in the world about the customer.

The worst service received from pnp liquor cashier Nontombi Maphela, theres no prices on the shelves and when you ask for the price they just shrug their shoulders and tell you they dont know, absolutely pathetic.Im amazed at all the bad reviews about this PnP yet you dont see any reply from PnP to address this or is just this the new type of service you get from PnP.

Worst customer service. Always a struggle to pay as they have the absolute minimum staff at till points.

This particular Pick n Pay is poorly managed. Staff are lazy and reluctant to assist. There is never anyone behind the Kiosk for behind the counter purchases. Finally, The tellers are so slow, and you still only have two or three tills open during peak hours, the lines are so long and the manager pulls a Houdini every time. This is on at least three occasions by the way.

Not a great example of a PNP. Very limited availability across the board. Very bad shelf pricing, incorrect or non existent. Definitely do not recommend for regular grocery shopping.

Was at the store on Saturday 15th of August 2020 wanted to exchange an item only to find out they had nobody attending at customer service was then told by one of the cashiers in a very rude manner to stand in the queue which was so long. This is the worst ever PnP I have ever been the service really stinks

Shopped here Tuesday, the cashier was half asleep. Scanned an item 4 times since it kept scanning incorrectly. After I told her to stop scanning the item, she proceeded to tell me its not scanning.. To which I responded, it scanned 4 times at the price reflected on the screen. She then again told me it is not scanning. The packer then interjected, and retrieved and access card to void the 4 incorrectly priced transactions, she tried to hand the card to the cashier, who didnt want to do the void herself. The level of incompetence and laziness is unfathomable. Customer service is non existent from the cashiers at pick n pay.

Waited for 10 minutes at the cigarette counter for someone to help. That entire counter was abandoned. Many staff members walked in and out to fetch items and completely ignored me. Eventually flagged someone down (who cared only a little) to assist me. Every time we have used this shop we have walked out feeling very disappointed. Cant say weve had a positive staff experience. Stock in the isles not nearly presented.

The cashiers are not very helpful and friendly. Always have to wait so long in the que even on quiet times they hardly greet. I had a very bad experience today where the cashier rang something and it wasnt in the bag

Exceptionally rude Supervisor. This evening after an item was charged incorrectly, a Supervisor had to authorize the refund. The Supervisor was so disinterested and clearly couldnt care if her facial expression showed it. Once the refund was processed and I left the store, she pushed in front of me without saying excuse me or sorry. Did not apologize for the refund issue nor my experience. She should NOT work with customers and I will not return to this store. Really disgraceful.

Not the greatest Pick n Pay most of the cashiers are on a go slow and management no where to be seen.

Its the first of the month and there are four open tills and nobody to help pack the bags. Its ridiculous. Shopping here is incredibly unpleasant.

Appalling service from the supervisors on the floor by the tellers this evening. I shopped there this evening at till no. 12. Their system shut down and I was unable to receive my receipt. I waited over 15 minutes and not one of the three supervisors bothered to assist or show any interest. The cashier at the till tried her utmost to get one of them to assist but to no avail. They acted as if I was not there and totally ignored me. Forgetting that I pay their salary. I really did not expect this from a new store. Best I go back to the Pick n Pay at West Coast Village. This is unacceptable.

Literally the worst Pick N Pay experience I have had in ages... staff all on a tea break at the same time... when confronted they completely ignored me... wont be coming back here in a hurry... pity because I would really like the Table Bay Mall to work...

We went to your branch on Wednesday the 26th just after 5:30pm the place was empty but there were still no baskets at the front door. I had to get one from where the tills were. When we got to the cashier I had to ask her twice if she was open. She was extremely unfriendly and we had to pack our own bags even though there were 6 other cashiers standing around talking. We went to the customer service desk to complain but unfortunately she was chatting away on the phone. She hung up and I told her about our experience. She seemed to find it funny I left the store feeling hated never to return. If I could give less than a star I would.

I have never ever met such a rude cashier at Pick and Pay Table Bay. To be honest this is not the first time this has happened. They are rude and not helpful at all. Today, 23June2019, at 14h14 till No 9, the cashier lady we asked her if we can redeem our points at the till and all she did was looked at us. Did not even answer us, we then asked her to answer us and she just gave us filthy look and carried on scanning after raising my voice again she said she will see at the end when she is finished. What type of answer is that? I cannot believe that this Pick and Pay could ever do well with staff with an attitude like that. I am disgusted. Will not shop there again.

Trollies outside all over the parking lot, dangerous for other road users.The guys clothing section comprises of 5 different shirts, rather remove it.I recomend Makro...

Bought their grabouw boerewors! Really tastes nice! Disappointed with bone fragments in the meat! Nearly broke a tooth! Quality control poor! Checkers wors has no sinew or bone fragments !

There are a ton of tills, only ever 1 or 2 open, even during peak time. The cashiers are slow and dont seem to care that there are rows of people waiting. Management also doesnt seem to care either. Im usually patient, but after giving them months to improve Ill take my weekly groceries to Checkers and Woolworths.

Worst Pick n Pay ever. Dont know what is going on these days with Pick n Pay. Checkers is taking over.
