It doesnt have a lot of clothes compared to other Cotton On Stores at Other Malls.

Friendly employees. They are eager to assist you if need be. I got exaclty what I was looking for. The shop is layed out well. I enjoyed shopping there. Would definitely recommend this shop to millennials.

I recently went shopping at the Cape Gate branch and was assisted by @Denvar Wilfred. He was like my personal shopper. Never in my life did I feel so comfortable and the honest opinions he provided regarding my body-shape was everything I have ever wanted. As a woman, we can be so insecure and judgemental with ourselves, and all we need is more people like him, helping us and advising us! Denvar, you are a fashion angel!!! I adore you!

Expensive, but BRAND 😍😍 just wish there were more mens clothing and some very basic summers t-shirts (with buttons). But definitely great 🤭. Make sure to sign up for their Perks & Co thingy, its free and you get R100 off a purchase over R650.

My experience at cotton on has been nothing but unpleasant. There has been two occasions where i have felt uncomfortable and harassed. In the first instance i was approached by a salesman trying to get me to open an account. The salesman was relentless and would not allow me the option to leave.Yesterday my girlfriend was approuched by the sales lady who did the same thing however in the process of completing this account application her phone was taken from her hands without concent. They insisted that she open her banking app then proceeded to take the phone and scroll through her confidential banking details. This was done in a unprofessional manner with no respect for privacy.These two incidents have discouraged me from wanting to shop at cotton on again.
