Poor service, no help and staff having big conversations with one another and not bothered with customers.

Hubby needed new takkies to fit he has a problem with his left foot and the staff knew exactly which takkie would be the right one for him we were very impressed with the service and friendly stsff

I dont know why anyone would go to a sports shop and pay full price for perfectly good shoes. I got new runners and was not only surprised by the good service but also the deal I got! Thanks Shane for going above and beyond and making this desperate outing for much needed new shoes such a positive experience! Definetly told loads of people to go there.

Staff at this branch where eager to help and had lots of patience when it came to deciding which shoe was perfect for me. Only down side was that the variety was not as large compared to the access park in Kenilworth.

Just had the worst retail experience at this shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for the correct running shoes. Yes, there are bargains but a lot can be said about the quality or rather lack of in their service. They had various shop assistants who never offered you any help and rather than assisting their customers chatted with one another.However what makes this review particularly bad is that the shop assistants would assist you if you had a certain look or stereotype, such as being sporty. I never had this and so was utterly ignored even though I was having trouble finding and trying on the correct running shoes. Worst retail experience I have ever had.

This is worst ever experience i just had at this shop none of the shop assistants came to offer help. Domt know if they are being stereotypical or they are not good sales people, wouldnt recommend anyone to go experience that appalling services

Very Friendly - Good Service if you are lucky to find shoes in your size. Prices are excellent. I bought running shoes at half the price
