Always clean and well maintained.

Big store - they had some nice clothes. They didnt have the pair of leggings that I wanted in my size. Some of the clothes do not look to be good quality but overall worth a pop in if youre looking for some affordable items although a lot of the prices are the same as other select stores.

Its big, its bright, its spacious, the ambiance is good and its air conditioning is perfect. Its has everything in decent amounts. Each section (ladies, kids, mens shoes, etc) is equal in terms of whats on offer. Love going to this branch

Hi. I like coming to exact stores in CW, always a pleasure walking in and the staff is friendly.

I phoned in to ask if they had a different size as I bought a dress that doesnt fit me. I spoke to someone and while I was explaining what the dress looked like the phone cut off. I phoned in a couple of times as I thought the line was bad but I could hear them picking up and putting down, and eventually they just picked up and let the phone sit there as I could hear them talking. When I tried phoning in after the line ws busy as they took it off the hook. Terrible!

Most lovely staff and wide variety to choose from.

A big thank you to Zanele from the Exact store in Canal Walk, I called 11 times to the Sportscene next door and like 15 other people who have complained about them not answering their phones, I too couldnt get through. I called the store next door, Exact and Zanele was kind enough to physically go deliver the message for me for them to call me back. Now Thats above and beyond and shes a superstar. Thank you Zanele.
