I went to Mr price Kenilworth Centre on Saturday 01/05/2021. And I was utterly disgusted. I went to find wellington boots for my son. After being confused as to where the boys section is I asked an employee and was presented with 2 racks of clothing. The little girl section has over 8 racks and 2 parts of wall. I am so very disappointed, its like mothers are being punished for having boys. There was no signs indicating that that was the boy section, the girl section has a big sign. I know this is a new store, but boy and girl sections should be equal. I am very disappointed regarding this section. The overall shop is presented nicely and with a wonderful flow. Its that children section that requires much scrutiny.

Got what I needed

No trolleys allowed, had my baby and shopping on the trolley, wasnt allowed in. No other shoppers on the store either, they still would not let me in. Will definitely never be back again. Made me feel like Im a theif. Manager needs to learn customer service and manners. Dissatisfied to say the least

Shop is ok. However, not to impressed with the sales assistant. She could have had a better attitude when approached and asked about the clothing

The old Mr P was very untidy. The new location is way neater.

Experienced bad customer service by an assista nt named Courtney Japhta at the Kenilworth branch. Asked for the store manager and was told he is not available.

The staff on the floor are quite helpful. The staff behind the desk need customer service training. A simple smile never killed anyone neither did a friendly demeanor.

Only one seat where the handicapped can rest in between looking for items. Sometimes long queues. Efficient staff.
