I love this place, the quality of clothing is so good and wowwwww the prices. I mean its a small shop and it takes a bit of time to pick what you want but the lady who works on the floor is very helpful and so is the lady at the till. Just remember to bring cash. The prices and quality and variety of knitwear is amazing. I am a person of colour and I feel that I was helped the same as everyone else so I do not think that this is an issue. People complaining about the time of closing, I honestly do not know what you expect, people have to go home.

The lady at the till is unfortunately one of the rudest people I have met - her attitude towards me was very dismissive and unhelpful. I left the store feeling like I had done something wrong when I had every intentions of supporting this small business. Only after leaving the store did I read some of the reviews here and can honestly validate the feelings other women have gotten from this lady. While I do not want to put labels on it - she does come across as making snap judgments about someone and will treat you according to her judgment of you. Overall, while I think there is potential to find amazing deals at this store, for me it is not worth even trying to go back as a direct result of how this lady made me feel - left the store after 10 min almost in tears. Me,I am the neighbor of this shop for many years.This old lady is very rude and she watching black people like we are all want to steal. We need to call the Carte Blanche and the EFF to teach her a lesson.The way she speak to white is not the same as speaking with black people

I agree with you Shingirai.This lady was helping the white customers very politely while treating me like a possible thief. AS A PERSON OF COLOR THIS WAS OFFENSIVE. ITS 2021 AND THIS IS STILL THE WAY WERE BEING TREATED

Terrible experience I went to the shop at 15:20 and while one of the ladies was assisting me the lady at the till literally kicked me out at 15:30 telling me they are a factory shop and dont serve people after 15:30 plus the till lady was not wearing a mask

A little place that has a lot to offer! Patience is important to check one by one and find the product made for you. The staff is very friendly and the deals are great. Just have your cash ready as they dont do card payments.
