Worst service ever the ladies at the counter is rude and so disrespectful they dont communicate with you they make you wait and there is no rush to make service faster they talk to eachother on own language thinking that one does not know the language but sorey for them I understood each word. JET YOU NEED TO GET THIS SORTED NOT THE FIRST TIME

Visited the store today, poor customer. My daughter received a gift from her Godmother and I cannot exchange it only the person who bought it. How poor, because I was going to buy an extra R200 your loss.

If the queues are not long, then you get served by the most uninformed person. On my last visit they couldnt provide me with a printed receipt, and offered a handwritten note from the supervisor. I might just never go back.
