Very bad customer service..Worker by the name of Natasha was a bit rude while assisting me
Bought a mobile device for our child which she felt she didnt want.I called the contact centre and they advised me that I could take it back as I bought it the day before and had 7 days to return it.She assueas me it could be returned to any Foschini outlet.Immediately my wife and I went to the nearest one (Parow Centre) and we were turned away by what I assume to be the manager.She told us they dont take phones back and after telling her that call centre confirmed we could return it, she made it very clear that they dont know what they are talking about and they dont know the Ts and Cs.So why have a contact centre? Why allow them to assist with these type of calls?Wirtime wasted, fuel wasted and time wasted as she told us to go back to canal walk and return it there since Ts and Cs werent correctly explained.I find this absurd as it all forms part of one company.Foschini is Foschini after all.
