My son and I had the best shopping experience here. The salesperson who was helping us was very clued up and knew immediately how to assist us. We had him running up and down but he was patient and very attentive. The ladies at the till point could do with a bit of people skills but in general we were happy and found everything we were looking for. Its nice to go into a store that keeps up with the latest trends and doesnt fall behind. We had a great experience.

I will always go purchase there because the staff is always in a happy mood dancing singing to the good music they play in store

Music was way too loud, assistants were unable to hear properly when a question was asked because of the blaring music, some of them were more interested in dancing to the noise than noticing customers needing assistance but there was 1 assistant who greeted and was ready to assist. There were no cashiers at the tills and when 1 did eventually arrive - no greeting and had an off face and my sneaker scanned higher than the actual price and the whole process had to be reversed and put through again meaning more time spent among the noise and chaos.If I could give this store a 0 I would

All one stop for your fashion cravings....has DJ booth @ smoothie center to get hydrated and even a sneaker wash bay to get em sneakers looking good as new again....

Poor customer service which me and my wife both experienced our daughter nearly never had show for her Christmas staff needs train and asap.just sayingSorted our problem out after 2weeks having to drive to collect a ibt that not even checked and the shoes were each a different size ridicules.

Never pick up there phones, they are the only shop that still have a the shoe colour and size I want Ive been at sportscene n1 they tried phoning no answer Ive been trying to get hold of them for 2days still no answer.They should learn to put that music soft and phone on loud speaker!!Very disappointed.

Very popular store, especially amongst teens. Even though it is one of the biggest Sportscene stores sneakers tend to be low in stock, however, thats only due to the popularity of the shoes they sell.

Not the best experience. Loud music, inattentive staff...stood for almost 8 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Ended up not having my size in the shoe I wanted. Service was rather dismissive. I would not likely recommend this store despite having one of the best store layouts I have experienced.

Wanted to purchase a sneaker on sale. Cashier charged full price once I informed her of the mistake she called the manager rejecting my card even though the payment was already done and a refund has to be done. Staff was extremely rude, including the manager.

Most busiest store of all and nobody bothers to pick up my call? Phone 3 times, nothing happened and had to contact another store. Like seriously, physically theres always sales standing around by the counter and two cashiers but cant answer one phone call

Absolutely horrible service, phoned to ask if they have a pair of rugby boots in stock. Was left on hold for 7 minutes with no response, disgusting service on the phone and didnt seem wanting to help.

They refuse to pick up their phone when called and their in person service is horrible.

Why advertise a number to call if no one is going to pick up. I would understand if the line is busy but reading through review I see Im not the only that has had this issue.

I called and the lady put me on hold and made me wait over 10mins. Then she hung up. When I called again no1 answered! Does that store have a manager or owner who can atleast train staff to answer a Call and help customers properly? Honestly its ridiculous.
