This service of the staff was very slow. There too little of them on a shift. The place is hot. Music and vibe is fun. Also feels messy and clustered. The staff are dressed tacky too.

The consultant who assisted me was very helpful in finding styles and sizes. As CO didnt have what l was looking for she directed me to Factorie (my first visit) where l was blown away by the warmth and eagerness of the young sales team to assist me!😁 I found what l was looking for..the store was well stocked and neat.. Good quality with affordable prices.. The manager and her team should be commended.. I will definitely be back!

Always the first store I visit when I go to Access Park. Great selection of goods and discounted items.However the staff members are not always visible and there is always only 1 cashier assisting a queue of clients while having to answer the phone which results to the cashier being under pressure and the store having a queue of irate customers. Seems like more staff members need to be employed, because this is a regular occurrence.

Great bargains but so so full. Not user friendly layout and just stuff everywhere. If you have lotsa time and dont mind sifting threw rails and rails...then great.

Big clothing store, always has sales, one can always get bargains. Very nice range of gym wear at all times and regularly has new stock

Wide variety of factory shops. We parked and walked around to the shops we were interested in. Its your luck if you find your size. Some shops are not really much cheaper than the stores so it can be a waste of time depending on whats available.

I want explain my experience 15 years working with American, UK,Belgium and Germany to export garments in cotton, poly cotton, viscose and Lycra.

Its very big with lots of stock. But most of the stock is large and very plain.

Love their fitness wear. Prices are reasonable . Youll struggle to get floor staff to help with finding the right size or help with any questions. On the upside, the check out is efficient.

I bought 2 tweed jackets on sale and l also got excellent friendly service

My 3 girls always walk in to see what is on offer, as it is a hit or miss with sizes etc.

I found it difficult to get help...sales people were not clearly visible and seemed to be busy with other things...there wasnt a sales person dedicated to helping customers I felt. Also when I was in the queue to pay, there were no people at the till. I had to ask a packet to call someone.
