I appreciate this level of attentiveness when it comes to buying top quality shoes. Archive is by far a top tier retailer of superb quality sneakers and streetwear.
Just came from Archive Cavendish and the lady who served me was disgustingly rude. Let alone I walk into the store and shes on a phone call on her personal phone with I friend. I patiently wait for her to get off the phone and she answers my questions with a rude tone of voice. Honestly, Im disappointed. This is a poor representation of all the other staff who work there. I hope management does something about this. This white lady on the staff talked to me as if Im stupid yet Im asking basic questions about my TFG account. Absolutely disappointed. 20/06/2020
