Ive been dealing with Kelly and shes been brilliant! I applied for my UIF in April 2020 and finally decided to give up and ask someone to assist me. Contacted her in January 2021 and she managed to assist me with everything and still submit everything on time. I received my first payment May with no issues. Thank you Kelly and team

Had a really bad experience with this company, it is almost the end of May and I have not received any UIF for December. The last communication I have had from this company was over a month ago. DO NOT waste your money going through them. Rather do it yourself so if there are any issues with documents etc, you will know there and then.

I had a complicated UIF submission in the end with issues between my HR payroll submissions and the DoL. Even amid lockdowns, short staffing at DoL and prioritisation of the other UIF claims, by the DoL, the team at Sweet Dreamz did everything they could to help get me answers, give me feedback, push my matter further with respective parties and guide me on next steps. It was at times a frustrating process with so much against me, but they assisted me along the way. I am extremely grateful to finally have got my breakthrough and could not have done it without them.

This group of people spent 18 months helping me with a claim between 2 employers and redoing some paperwork...they tried every avenue to get the claims through and I appreciate all the effort, patience and encouragement!

Complete waste of Money and time! This is company service is worse than trying to phone Telkom or GEPF to sort stuff out. Just do it yourself. You can not phone them just email. Our baby boy was 3.5 months when we received our fist payment and the quoted turnaround time for the following payments is past due already. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them. Wise I could give no stars.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company and any services rendered by them to anyone. My claim took 18 months to be paid out, and this was with zero effort from Sweet Dreamz. I had to complete countless forms to reapply, only to be assisted by DoL directly and receiving my claim shortly after. The reapplication forms were also completely unnecessary I came to find out, because that was not where the issue was. SD provides no feedback or updates unless probed, and only then very generic responses are provided. A one star should be no stars, and I should be reimbursed for all moneys paid to SD. Highly disappointed.

After contributing to UIF for over 20 years of my career, I have yet to receive my UIF payment and my child is 13 months now. Sweet-Dreamz is a scam - they take the administration fee but never action the application.

18months later my claim has still not been sorted (apparently due to delays at the DoL, despite the fact that my co-workers’ claims are being paid). Over the 18months, I have not once received proactive feedback from them without me reaching out from my side. I have been extremely patient. Really disappointed

Will never recommend this company. My son was 8 months old and they could never sort out my maternity claim. I received my money after going into the DOL myself and sorting it out myself. Staff are unsympathetic and rude. I would much rather have submitted my own claim than to have struggled all these months

Horrible experience for my fiance and I... Been waiting for payout for the past 3 months and every time we call we are told that it has been sent for approval... Finally went to the department and stood the long line I had paid not to stand only to find out that our submission was incomplete and we had to resubmit some forms

A complete waste of money, I have been waiting for 6 months now for my claim to be processed, they keep saying its been rejected. I took it apon myself to call uif only to find out that not all my documents where handed in. Never mind the fact that if you ask for an updated, you get a snotty email saying they very busy. Next time I will do it myself.

What a complete waste of money and time - if I knew I was going to wait 6 months ( and still waiting ) I would have done this myself. They have a thousand excuses, then it is my company who didnt process correctly, then this and then that but never themselves. I has been with the assessor now for how many weeks...suppose to take 5-7 working days....still with the assessor.
