Shocking Service! Bianca is terribly unprofessional and downright uncouth... Her business practices are shocking.We made use of her service for one month and paid upfront as well as a placement fee. Coming to the end of the one month period we find out she has not paid the caregiver. Follwing a bombardment of unprofessional texts from Bianca.We were left with a caregiver that was unpaid and an unprofessional Sitters4U company that should be renamed StealsFromU.

I did a one time job and 2 months later I am not yet paid, even after several communications to her about the unpaid payment. Now she is just ignoring my messages.

The owner Bianca is unprofessional and unstable. She is downright rude and insulting. I wish I had seen all these reviews on Google before contacting her. Terrible!

I did a babysitting job through the owner (also named Bianca) mid Dec 2019; it went smoothly and I was promised payment by end Dec.It is now mid Jan and Bianca has been ignoring my calls and messages regarding payment.I am not the first person that they have abused and lied to in this way.

BiancaLyness #Sitters4UI have been with Biancas agency for many years, Sitters4U. From time to time i apply for the Au-Pair part time positions she sends out on her broadcast group. She places you with the families. The family then pays her IN ADVANCE before we as Au pairs go to rendered the services to the families.I rendered a night position for her agency in December 2 up to 12th of December. Bianca informed me that i would be paid on the 31st of December for the service.Up to date, i have not received any payment! I have asked on numerous occasions again when and why have i not been paid, after all....she has been paid already!!!All i get is excuses the one after the other! The first excuse that was given; Bianca, i apologize we have some cashflow problems with international clients not paying!!???Have i rendered my services to an international family, has she not been paid yet!???If one has a business and this is how you run a PROFESSIONAL business, i would really like to know what a REAL PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS looks like. In April, Bianca arranged a wonderful au pair for our 4 year old son when we flew to Pretoria for a wedding. We paid upfront. Unfortunately the au pair was never paid by the company as they had financial issues.....

What a shock. These people are extremely rude...emotionally unstable.....and unhelpfull. Do not use them!

The worst babysitting service EVER! I babysat for Bianca and even drove an hour out of town and she promised me petrol. This was on the 6th APRIL. She blocked me on Whatsapp, doesnt answer her phone or emails. Have even got a lawyer involved however cannot serve her with a summons as she has disapeared. Shes a thief and untrustworthy. NEVER Babysit for Bianca or make use of her services.

Hi. Booking process was good and responsive. I booked 2 babysitters, for 4 kids different ages. They required I pay upfront, charged double time for holdiday, fair. Major problem was only one baby sitter arrived, she was great but I was disappointed in the follow up and of course paying for two sitters and getting only one. I had requested 2 baby sitters and paid for 2. Since only one arrived I requested a refund on the difference between the sitters pay and what the company takes. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND to my request. I was happy to pay the sitters portion but I do not agree that the service should keep any of the extra money.I would recommend not using this service as they are not 100% honest and you can’t trust them.

This is the most unprofessional service we have used. The owner, Bianca, kept on asking us for money deposited directly to the bank in cash and then didnt supply service except for the first day. She had an amateur babysitter who didnt feed dinner to our 2-year old and put him to sleep in a swimming suit instead of pajama. Our son cried all night after that and he is the kind of child that sleeps through the night since he was few months old. When we complained, Bianca didnt find a replacement in time and in addition ask us for more money than what was already paid for few days.
