A team came out to fix my washing line and charged above the quoted price. Nevertheless I thanked them and paid but less than a week later it rebroke. I reached out and asked if it would be possible for them to fix it for free since Id paid for a service they failed to deliver. Whoever is in charge made arrangements to meet and then cancelled at least four times. Ive rearranged days waiting for them only for him to cancel last minute. Its horribly unprofessional and frustrating and Ive actually given up.

I was impressed with their service, they were quick and inexpensive and they gave me some solid recommendations. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything in a perfect state. Will recommend them to anyone who needs a handy person to help them out

Very professional. Perfectly did the work that was required and cleared and cleaned up the area ,after completing each piece of work. Made some very good suggestions for mosaics on the shower wall that was sagging .The sagging mosaics was removed, the wall cleaned and plastered and mosaics replaced ,looking as good as newly tiled mosaics.I would recommend Mr Fit Fix .

Highly recommend Dimitri at Mr Fit Fix Handyman service’s! What an absolute delightful man. We called him 8:30am on a Saturday and he arrived 11am to do a whole load of general handyman odds and ends (installing towel rails and bathroom mirrors, replacing ceiling lights, removing trunking and old cables, and putting up shelves). He worked efficiently, knows EXACTLY what he is doing, priced affordably per hour and doesn’t waste time to get the things done correctly. We are so glad we’ve met him and will definitely use him for our rentals and personal home from here onwards. Our new trusty handyman! Thanks Dimitri, see you soon!

Excellent service, very flexible, so accomodating and really great

Dimitri might be a talented handyman. If small jobs are required he is (apart from plumbing and electrical stuff!!!) someone you may call. If the job is slightly bigger however, he clearly lacks of time and budget management as we unfortunately experienced. That, at the end led to the fact that he mac gyvered in many things the tap installation which resulted us in additional R2,500 for a plumber. We also did not like the fact that during the time a house wall was built and the house was painted the site was littered with empty plastic bottles and plastic wraps and sprinklers were demolished. Whilst painting inside the house there were no ground sheets used and much time to clean the wooden floor afterwards wasted.Dimitri was keen to do every job which was required at the house but should have stuck honestly to where is skills are. Therefore no plumbing and no electrical jobs !Finally from the beginning we made clear that we expect an open calculation so we can see the amount for material and labour separated. Dimitri never delivered this what makes us very suspicious. Why is he hiding/mixing his fees with the material? He either fooled us completely or he needs to understand that people pay good money if the job is well done. Does he doubt himself? We dont know. But as long as he does not improve the mentioned accounting and time management skills we definitely wont use him anymore. Good start. Bad taste at the end.

Great reliable service, Domitris work is neat and he gets the job done. He is available short notice and very friendly.Cleans up after he has finished the job and works very well. His work is perfect 👌He installed my curtain rail in this room and bedside floating tables. And drilled for my koi art piece. I am very happy with Mr Fit Fix!

He was late and reeked of alcohol. He didnt bring a MEASURING TAPE and does not respond to messages or calls. I would not recommend his services to anyone. He doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating..

Dimitri did quite a long list of repairs at a house in Claremont and I found him to be punctual, efficient and user friendly. I liked his personality and the way he advised me on the best way to approach the problems at the house. Most of the work was impeccable but the waterproofing will be tested when it rains. He assured me that he would return if there are any problems with the aforementioned. He did inter alia the following - replaced a tap, installed a light fitting, installed slats on two doors, installed awnings on three doors and repaired leaks on one side of the house. I highly recommend this handyman and would definitely use him again.
