Imagine hiring a spit braai machine for Christmas day, paying in full, a house of 25 people waiting and the machine never arrives... Was told over and over that it would be delivered in 10 minutes. Thereafter phone just rang. Couldnt get hold of anybody. This is what you get when you use Royal Spit. Christmas day ruined! And still have not heard from them.. Absolutely disgusting.

We hired Royal Spit to do our work function, they are very professional and the Chef did an amazing job. Will definitely be hiring them again.

The worst possible company to do business with. Dropped my guests and I on Christmas Day after several calls to ensure that things go smoothly. I will not recommend using this company.

The service we received or should I say we didnt get at all. Shocking! To be promised they would be arriving and then to ignore calls and not even arrive or even apologize. They had ruined our Christmas family lunch. Shocking.
