Very disappointed in Fatima Ashraff Caterers. Their website and menu states only 1 hour needed to prepare your order, I requested an updated quote, received and was advised they could only accommodate me for 2pm the next day, which I accepted and requested the order be processed, only for them to come back to me to say theyre fully booked. 12 years ago they were amazing, their customer service has dropped drastically. They are not able to deliver on their promise of only 1 hour needed to prepare an order, it should be removed from their advertising

Friendly and helpful. Food great and reasonable

I have used them on two occasions and their are so good your function runs much better, their food is excellent and service is exceptional, They take your function as if it is their own and such pleasant people to work with, I highly recommend this honest people as it is not so much about the money but the service they deliver and their pricing is reasonable and meals are like home cooked, this people even delivered the left over foods to my house after the function, May the Allah grant you success and the strength to continue to support your community and grant you all thats good, We the Fenton family wish to Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and know we have a caterers for the rest of our lives.
