By far one of the best and most knowledgeable in the business. We 1st called Carpet City in desperate need to fit 260m2 of carpet for a project in a short span of time. Two days later they were on site and completed the installation with absolutely no issues and not one snag. To date we maintain a good business relationship with them and have since not used anyone else for our carpet supplies and fitment.

Great service with good follow up

Its a factory shop with damaged goods that they sell at nearly full retail price. It in fact, should not be called a factory shop because of the prices.

The first guy that would have welcomed us and offer to help didnt even bother and seemed not interested like he doesnt even work there. They called some one to help us seemingly a more knowledgeable guy who else didnt have a clue about carpeting. He said we wouldnt get the Carpert in the square meters we wanted in the same color. That the size was too big for their carpets. Whats that ? He ended up saying we have to phone his boss so why did we then drive to this place. How about you take my details and ask your boss to contact me. A total waste of time people, Dont go to this place.
