The Team came on time. I was late twenty minutes. They still carried out a detailed job and did not count my delay, staying longer than agreed.The unit was really dirty. Building material, paint and dust. They used machines and scrubbed from ceiling to every corner and inside all cabinets, removing stains that I did not think it was possible to get rid of.The apartment was smelling like soap after they left and my tenant was very happy when I handed over. Staff is very friendly and accepts guidance. Mr Innocent was allocated to supervise this job and I really recommend them.

This was a super efficient, professional and well executed service. It was a proper steam clean, all my sofas (and mattresses) feel ‘shiny’ again, and I would like to compliment Inno and his colleague for also properly tidying up and checking with me on where to do the cleaning and where to put things. Will definitely use them again and recommend them further!

So unfortunately I had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 star. When the clean was done I was satisfied as I had come home from a 12 hour long work day. The next day I noticed that the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned more but that’s not what bothered me. I hadn’t used the oven yet as I had just moved in and hadn’t had the time to make an oven meal due to work. When I did decided to cook a meal for my girlfriend and I the oven had not been cleaned and was still in a disgusting state from the previous tenant. My girlfriend and I spent over an hour scrubbing that oven and only had supper after 22:00. I had contacted Camps Home Cleaners to which I got no sort of actual help and I am still currently waiting on a reply from them to resolve the problem. I had paid for a cleaning service and the service was not complete. Especially something as big as the oven which you can’t miss in the kitchen. I am very disappointed in the work ethic as I had put my trust into this service and they didn’t perform properly. Not only that but I had provided food for the cleaner and still went out of my way to buy her McDonald’s and pop in during my work hours to hand it over. If you are going to use Camps Home Cleaners please check every detail to make sure it’s cleaned otherwise you’ll be stuck in the same position I was in. Not fair on me or my girlfriend. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again.

One of the best cleaning companies Ive ever used! The cleaner was extremely professional and polite. The house is spotless. The technician has managed to clean spaces that I couldnt imagine. Called for urgent cleaning, they proved to be very capable, punctual and discreet. Inno, the foreman, is very good at managing everyone.They work with a smile and are really fast, solved a problem in one day. Super recommended!

Today was my first time using Camps Home Cleaners. Right from scheduling the service with Innocent, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which was very cool.Juliette and Eneles did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. The whole house smells so fresh. I would definitely be using their services again.

Very happy to promote Camps Home Cleaners we have been very happy with the service both via telephone arrangements and the cleaners that have attended our home. We have had three cleaners in total over the past year due to their own circumstances changing and Innocent with his team have always done their best to maintain our schedule and each of the cleaners have been different from each other but have all been punctual, pleasant and done a really good job. Just used this service last week and my house looks amazing! Camps home cleaners took the time to listen to my needs and Innocents team did an amazing job implementing them. They cleaned my baseboards, window sills, vents, moved my large couch, cleaned under it and other furniture. First time they clean your oven, and mine looks brand new. Highly suggest contacting him! They left nothing for me to come home and go over. Very happy with the service.
