Terrible! I would NOT recommend ABA Cleaning to anybody I know. My headboard and carpet were wet for 2 days, not to mention the fact that the cleaning left clumps of dust on my headboard, and did not leave it clean. I am sure my mattress would have been ruined if I had let them touch it. To start off I should have probably opted out of using this company when the person corresponding by email called me by 2 different names, both not my actual name and asked me more than once for my address and cellphone number which I had already provided in the previous email. No attention to detail at that level. The on the actual morning I had to phone the office to find out where the cleaners were. The response was Oh sorry they are running late but I couldnt phone you because I forgot your details. The cleaners arrived 40 minutes late and did not know what they were at my house to clean. Totally disorganised. They carried an ancient looking machine into my house and to cut a very long harrowing story short, the machine was broken was gushing water all over my house, absolutely soaking the bedroom carpet and the headboard that they were trying to clean unsuccessfully. They gave up after while because the suction did not seem to be working and asked me for an eating knife and plastic bag. They then tried to fix the machine using said eating knife and wrapping the pipe in torn up plastic bag. They then finished cleaning the headboard and cleaned the carpet with the semi repaired machine. I cancelled the mattress cleaning after watching water pouring everywhere. The supervisor who dropped cleaners off only came to fetch them about 4 hours later, and they spent 4 hours sitting in my driveway. I then subsequently received an incorrect invoice and not much of an apology or any discount for the fact that their service and quality of cleaning was horrendous. I will NEVER use them again.

ABA Cleaning is amazing on every level. From cleaning my expensive Persian rugs, to doing a Spring clean of the entire house/business and taking care of all our upholstery and carpets on a regular contract basis. No more worrying about tatty, dirty looking premises. They are professional, reliable and ethical.

Disgraceful quality. Do not use them. Left my friends house completely soaking wet with stains everywhere. Not interested in resolving just demanding immediate payment. Appalling - ruined expensive linen..
