We had an emergency flood in our room I called Heinrich and he came out immediately, extremely friendly and affordable. We used Heinrich, from Clean4U company to clean our King size Serta mattress as well as the 2 separate bases, after being in storage for 6months when we moved to Western CapeWe discovered that the mattress was covered with mold and had to get professional help - Heinrich made sure that every trace of mold was removed and assured us that the bed would be as good as new afterwards.
