We purchased our apartment in this complex, because it is not large and overcrowded, although we are huge animal lovers, the no pets allowed is also one of the reasons, we chose this complex, as it eliminated messy grounds

Simplicity Renovations is incompetent in doing big renovations such as tiling and installing of showers, they work untidy and left the job incomplete. They took more than 2 weeks to almost complete the job which should have been completed in 4 days as promised.

Spacious modern apartments. Really clean and quite area. Just not enough visitor parking during peak seasons

Very cozy apartments with space to play for the kiddies on the grass including a jungle gym.
