Took my car there a few weeks ago.The car came back absolutely spotless and smelled great. Truly a good job, I cant decide if the full service is expensive but I was happy with the result.Unfortunately a day or two later the car started giving me trouble but as it was due for a service I took it in and had it looked at. It turns out that they had power washed the engine bay and it had allowed water into the spark plugs. At the end of the day no real harm was done but if you take your car here make sure that you either tell them to ignore the engine space or NOT to use a power washer.

I received excellent and friendly service at Long beach mall. The reason for my one star is that since I had my car done this morning, 8 September 2020 I have received about between 30 and 40 SMSs to get the rewards App. Not impressed! Youre going to loose customers like this!

Please change your operating hours. Phone at 15h15 and asked if I can still make it for a wash and was told no, as you close at 16h00. Google maps say you close at 16h30. Thank you.

I dropped my car off early this morning - and was told it would take 1.5 hours to complete. So I wandered around the mall for 1.5 hours just to kill some time until my car is done... I went back to the car wash, and my car was in the same spot and hadnt been washed yet. A woman parked next to me had the exact same issue - her car hadnt even been touched yet either. What a waste of time.
