Good service. Finding it is a challenge though

Ntombi who is apparently the manager of this business is the most obnoxiously rude woman I may have ever met. When I arrived i was told they only have 30mins to wash my car and I agreed only to them be screamed at by this woman because I didn’t specify what I would have liked to have done to my car. If the time frame is 30 mins then surely a wash and a vacuum was all there was time for but in her “professional opinion” a mini valet and a wash and vacuum takes the same amount of time. 30mins! Pretty unpleasant experience and a pretty unpleasant woman to have as a manager.

They told me it would be fine when I returned which was 1 hour and 40 min.When I arrived they hadnt even started on the car.Very frustrating and inconvenient as it has now put my day out.The stag proceeded to blame each other which I thought was very unprofessional

Absolutely shocking! If you want your car washed properly and dont want something stolen off your car DO NOT waste your time and money by going here. Took my car to be washed as my roof was full of bird feces and rest of the car full of dust. When I got back the roof was still full of it and majority of the dust still there as well as inside the carpets were the only thing vacuumed. Also the logo on my car in the middle of the rims were stolen off. First time I took it the front one was stolen and when taken back to get my car washed again the next one was stolen and no one could seem to answer as to why they have been taken off my car. Management should definitely look into the staff being hired here.

I bought a groupon voucher for a full wash and polish. They said it will take a hour and half. When i brought the car it took them only 30 mins and they car wasnt properly cleaned on the inside, the dashboard still have marks on it and the seats were still dirty. There was polish still on some areas of the car and i had to pay for parking which i was not informed and had no cash on me. The money i paid for car wash which is to the value of R420 looked as if it was just washed and vacuum. I was expecting to be Wowed but more disappointed than anything else.

Absolutely terrible. They cleaned my seats but didnt dry them properly (by the time I got home my pants were wet!) They also caused my upholstery to start coming off the doors!

Great service very efficient

I drop my car today. And asked for a mini valet. Its worst than the people who wash on the road 🙈Waste of money and time.
