Having made a booking ahead of time and requesting a small car I was offered a Nissan Almeira and being told all automatics are big. I spotted a Toyota Yaris. Still to be cleaned and refuelled. Had to wait. Staff not overly friendly. Seats dusty. Enjoyed the drive.

Shocking...So i requested a vehicle drop-off at 9am. I get a call at 8:55 to say their driver didnt pitch, so the vehicle will be late.To get a vehicle to me, 10km away from the dealership, at peak time, Europcar would know they have a problem at least a half hour before then. So never-mind the customer who had commitments that required the deliver of the vehicle by 9am?So I request an Uber to get me to my office commitment on time and also call Europcar to tell them to deliver to my office instead, which they promise to do, with an apology.come noon, still no car nor a phone call to let me know whats happeningagain, never mind me with my commitments that require a vehicle.So I call them to find out what is happening. I hear that they presumed they have time to deliver at leisure because they presumed I was in a meeting... Really?! 3 hours later?So now Im still stuck without a vehicle - will have to Uber to my client.They say that they were short on stock of the correct class vehicle so had to get it from elsewhere, hence the delay...Ok, so their business comes before mine. Ive got it. thank youNot great. not good... not even acceptable.Quite poor, Europcar.Fellow lowly people booking with Europcar, use Uber instead: no hassle with delivery of vehicles, parking, insurance, fine print...(Ps. Im not an Uber driver/owner)

The Goodwood branch is a bit hidden but their customer service is tops. Very friendly stuff and clean vehicles.
