Wonderful friendly staff

The service was good up until I picked up the vehicle. It was disappointing from then on. I paid for a tracker the following day and I was assured that it would be activated the next business day. Its been a week and it still hasnt been activated and I dont have a tracking device certificate to give my insurance agency despite calling and emailing KIA Diep River. Disappointing....
