Love my M4 but sadly disappointed with Cape Gate service centre. Had my car serviced in Aug and were told a part must be ordered. After 4 months of calling Theresa frequently and being promised to follow up nothing happened. she never returned my calls. Got head office involved and had to take my car back last week Saturday.Had to wait 23 minutes on Ceryl who had my car checked. Only to report that something else is a problem that can be fixed for R5000. He phoned around and eventually glued the boot. No apologies from Theresa nor Ceryl. Waiting area a mess and all staff were eating at their workstations. Unprofessional to say the least. Not impressed at all.

Booked my car in for a 105000km service which includes a timing chain and tensioner just to find that they dont have the stock to do the service and to top it off i get called at 16h50 on a friday to give me a price for work not done and i cant get my car back.
