I had an extremely unpleasant buying experience at DS Cars from both Craig Isaacs and Deon Ramsien. Found the exact car I wanted in decent shape without even viewing at a fair deal, however their customer service and attention-to-detail was poor and lack of. I highly recommend they reconsider how the treat their customers and revaluate their business skills as they claim 20 years experience. In the end, they refused to sell me a vehicle where I had completed the sales process to what I would label as a BAD attitude and down right unprofessional. Who puts the phone down on clients? Even after this I still requested to pursue the deal which they have blatantly ignored.

No physical viewing done, just photos viewed online.
