Totally disgusted a car dealer not to be trusted would strongly recomment to give them a wide miss even how sweet the deal may sound they can not be trusted they keep you on the line until the deal is done then the dont fulfill there promise to sort out the things they promise to do ...very bad People i strongly recommend that you dont trust this dealer.

Still waiting for license disk and number plates for a vehicle that was bought about 6 months ago.trade license disk expired in July already.salesman having excuses every time his asked when vehicle will be licensed and registered after vehicle has been paid in cash for.wont easily recommend them😞😬Since i last wrote a review on this place nothing changed but just more excuses.salesman Viljoen Dreyer keeps on saying that the issue of registration and the licensing of the vehicle has nothing to do with Auto City because they sold it on behalf of somebody else. when you sold the vehicle you said on multiple times that you are going to do the necessary to have this vehicle registered and licensed.when i spoke to you last on Friday the 21st of December apparently you had the necessary documents to fulfill your promise but the que at the traffic dept was too long and even suggested that i can get the documents and do it myself,shame on you and also told me that you going on leave that day.it proves that you have no conscience as my family cannot use this vehicle after the person it was sold on behalf of already received his money and enjoying his festive time.Then to top all your boss Kiewiet Vermeulen calls me promising that it will be done asap and then shifts your responsibility to a certain Andre Petrie as he was in Langebaan already on holiday.Andre would have done it pass Thursday 27 Dec and when i made contact with him via whats app there was no response. also send Kiewiet a whats app also no response.in my life time doing business this is definitely the worst and will definitely not recommend them.

Wouldnt recommend them at all.Quick to get the deal done but terrible to get things done after the deal is done. I was promised that a missing cover would be replaced and it has been 5 months so far and still no cover with only a response after aging over and over.Update: so after buying my car form this place the car broke the next day, they repaired it. Now after 6 months down the line the same issue has accrued (shows me that they did the bare minimum so it would last just long enough so they can claim that its not there fault. They refuse to fix the car and even put the phone down in my ear as i was explaining what happened.This place cuts corners and did a shity job at fixing the car. They dont care about the customer at all.Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting.Good luck to anyone that buys a car from this so called car dealership.FYI i still havent got the cover they promised. They told me i must get it and send them the bill. Why the hec must the customer source the part they should get. BTW the part took me less then a week to get and cost me a whole R130.
