Very strong coffee to give you the kick you need to start your day. Situated opposite a book store, it’s in a corner a nice place to grab a quick drink and sit to submit that paper due in an hour. I love the service and the staff is friendly and super quick when crafting a coffee.

I always receive the same friendly service with my great coffee. I love the offers like coffee and a toastie or muffin. It is great value for money. This Vida is situated on the lower ground level right next to the elevator. A small seating area is available if you choose to sit and enjoy. Vida recently introduced disposable cups and lids (not all shops yet).

Coffee was good,but service very slow as I had to wait for a receipt for around 5 minutes.

This Vida is at a great people watching spot and the staff are vibey and friendly as at most of the Vida stores the store does however, have a food court vibe to it. Its run on the walkway and the plastic chairs and dark tables dont seem to fit the Vida vibe. The coffee is consistently Vida coffee though. Would be awesome if Vida would add some vegan options to their food offering!

Great coffee as always. The gentlemen who helped me went out of his way to get what I needed (they were out of croissants but I got mine at the end of the day and I was very happy)

The shop is inside a huge mall. The menu is clearly displayed. The cuppachino was made with perfect balance and throth, served at the correct temperature. Seating is not very comfortable and bit compressed in a small space.

Pathetic service and disrespectful staff members. I expected at least some basic service from the counter staff, all I got was cheek and resentment.

Every Vida I go to the way the coffee is made is different, it just goes to show it is the person who makes it. I had a terrible cappuccino at Cavendish, BUT vida at Cape town airport the next day in the main hall is excellent.

The new blend of coffee (Auriga) theyre stocking is really delicious and for an extra few bucks, really worth it. Service is a bit slow but the baristas are always very friendly.
