I come to this mugg and bean 5 out of 7 days a week to get serious chai latte with soya milk religiously. For the past two days I have gotten my order wrong. The first time the batista made it again but it was wrong (again) and I didnt have time to wait for another one and just left with the wrong drink. Today it was made wrong again twice. The third time there was a heap of undossolved sugar at the bottom of my cup (after I specified I wanted no sugar with my drink!) The service is horrible and I will not be coming to mugg and bean anymore.

Great store milky lane great Mugg and bean awesome for late night snacks.Really disappointed though went there other evening to get my favourite snack a simple cheese grilled only to find that you have changed it and made it some spicy sausage thing which is terrible.Been sick entire day now from it.Don’t mess with a cheese grilled they awesome how they are!

Prime location. 2 x access points off Blaauwberg Rd. 8 fuel bays. Mugg and Bean available inside the 24hr convenience store. Medical vending machine available. Standard Bank ATM in store. Ablution facilities. Safe location, abundance of security watchers spread around the neighborhood.

This Garage DANGEROUS!!!!! If you stop to go to the shop, man trying to open door of car and slamming on the windows of the car, you will hoot for attention: do not care!!!! I suggest Blouberg Security has to do Something about this Urgent!!!!!

Was there this morning @ Mug & Bean on the move, like every Sat. Experiences there always used to be great, Barista/cashier Zinhle always friendly...but this morning...the Cashier they had, was abrupt, did not even greet. asked her if i cud have combo, but rather than cappuccino & chicken sandwich i would like americano & chicken sandwich, she said no they dont do it like that, so i said but they gave it to me last week. so she was calling the manager the whole time just complain about Zinhle..she needs training on customer service

I m so disappointed with the service. I was forced to swap my card twice although it was showing from my side with proof that the money was deducted from my account. The garage staff didn’t have any proof that the money was declined ... no slip whatsoever. The manager was called he didnt even listen to my story to address my situation but rather was rude to me. The girl working inside was rude and disrespectful as well... I am appalled by the attitude and shenanigans that manager played. I am sure that is he behaves to steal from unsuspecting customer. Very very bad customer service!!!

Good variety and good location, worst service from the shop assistants, They dont greet you when you greet them. No eye contact. No smile. How can then management just oversee this?I normally go there often. Yesterday will be the last time I go there.The petrol attendees are super friendly and always helpful.Youd think because of the location of the shop it will be top notch, but its not. Service seriously suck.

Absolutely love the Mugg & Bean at this Total. My sister and I always get our coffee and snacks here on our way to thw beach. Great service with the coffee staff.

Today I waited for 20 minutes for assistance when I had a problem with my bicycle. I asked several staff members to help me, where each one told me they would help, but then never came back to me. After 20 minutes I left, with still the same problem, not solved. Worst service ever, Id advise you to use one of the plenty other good petrol stations in Blouberg Strand.

They rip you off. R20+ for a R12 bread. R90+ for a R45 brick of butter. R40+ for a R28 bottle of milk... Need I go on?Nice place with all your basic needs, BUT I deem it a massive, disrespectful, slap in the face the way they mark up their prices. Probably the main reason I drive a bit further to the Engen at Bayside.

Top fuel station in tableview. Friendly staff, quick service, good food, well stocked shop and the milky lane ice cream is a bonus.
