A much better first experience than the Roadhouse and Bakery....Staff were attentive and helpful, especially the security guard on duty at 2pm. He was so polite and super friendly and helpful off course!!! All in all a great first trip to Wembley Meats and will definitely return. Only thing was the frozen savoury selection was a tad small...

WHEN I GOT HOME THE LAMB WAS CUT UP WRONG EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING TWICE HOW I WANT MY LAMB CUT UP... They are not following the COVID19 protocol in an area which are experiencing one of the highest number of covid cases in the Western Cape. Several people slipped by the sanitising station without sanitising while I was in the Meat market. Customers enter the meat market without masks (their head scarves are wrapped around the mouths).This is disappointing since Ive always valued their quality of meat!

Big and refreshing. First time back there in three years. Prices competitively good for quality goods. I met Moulana again after a long time. A manager who could announce specials to the public, this while he is busy cutting up a whole sheep. Spices and sour fogs in jars an excellent convenience. I just had to buy fresh salads to go with the cold meats.
