The most horrrorific mince ever. Never seen anything so disgusting in my life. Someone needs to investigate what they are putting in their mince. Terrible texture and very bad after taste. Awful

Now here is a traditionally family owned butcher that has been passed on from one generation to another. The owner is always willing to give some advice on which cut is the best and part with some recipes or ways to prepare something. The nippy sausage is awesome and the lambs have very little fat on them. Products are well priced and the owner supports local vendors who are trying to earn a living too. My kids always seem to walk away with a sweet treat too. Make your way out there on a saturday and you might get a boerie (if there are any left over as they sell out fast).
