Wow. This is a little star and old fashioned butchery kind of customer services. Welcoming and warm.......and people who know their meat and have high standards on their meat.

I have frequented this Butchery over the past couple of weeks, and discover something new every time I pop in. The Biltong I have tasted, compare with the best. The sheeps tails, when and if you can lay your hands on them, is without comparison. My only request is to NOT cut the tails, but leave them in their original length. One of my favorite Butchers.
