A warm and welcoming little butchery and deli situated just off Beach Road. Such friendly staff. The owner even talked to us about the unique recipes and curing methods used on the deli and dried meats. Lovely experience and looking forward to heading back.

Butcheries like this one in Strand is hard to come by these days. Personal service, quality products and a friendly old school experience.Not only do they have the cuts you want, there is homemade sauges, coldmeats etc. They even do their own quiches and freash breads on site.All of it exceptional value for money.Ample FREE parking as well.Well done Rodenburg!

I purchased Rump Steak from this butchery on 15 Dec. Price of R119/kg seemed somewhat steep. Upon preparing and cooking the meat we experienced flavour and texture seldom achieved by even the best restaurants in the world.This meat and establishment is to be recommended. Hidden in the backstreets of this beautiful holiday village it is a sorrow more people will not have the privilege to experience it. Quintus, well done.
