The Heldervue Kwikspar is easy to get to with enough parking available. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The sushi they sell is also really good and amazingly priced. You can call in advance and then collect.

Good parking, pleasant staff at the tills and the shop is well laid out but the aisles are a bit cramped so social distancing could be difficult.

Persistent problems with their cold chain, as on several occasions I’ve found their milk sour despite being several days before its expiry date. Also generally the store radiates a “we don’t really care” attitude to quality.

I enjoyed my visit to this particular Spar. Small but clean, friendly staff and easy to navigate. Doesnt have everything youd find in a bigger Spar but it has more than enough for the basic needs you might have and it has a stunning view of the ocean

Under Cinnamon Spars ownership from 1 May 2017. Expecting positive changes in the months to come. Friendliest staff in the Helderberg region. Already a great improvement in range and pricing. Liquor store upgrading to Tops in June 2017.

Friendly staff, in particular towards the elderly clients. Some selections are limited compared to the SPAR on Old Stellenbosch Road and the bread and rolls are very standard. Quick check out due to enough tills!

I feel like this store never has what I need. The fresh foods are subpar and the store is filled with products that most people dont want or need. The only saving grace is the friendly cashiers and the fact that the location is convenient for the people living in the area.

Decent mini market for those who need to urgently need to buy something, also has convenience bring so close to the gas station but is somewhat expensive. One should rather go to Waterstone village to buy a weeks worth of food.

After their upgrade a while back the shopping experience here has improved immensely, as it went from dingy to classy .. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and now the environement matches their attitudes. Try their pancakes, yum!
