River park has improved over the years, no longer just industrial or commercial warehouses & businesses. Cookie Factory is open for bulk purchases or in house specials, theres now a dairybelle factory shop thats just opened up selling dairy products & selling coffee to go. To be on the safe side Google what shops/warehouses are open to avoid going through for nothing.

Conveniance is what I like best. Awesome place to visit.

Gett ready to test your navigational skills as complex is situated on a precarious and busy road with a bridge, curved t junction and a lot of traffic. Complex has no visible road markers directing traffic and felt judged driving the wrong way attempting to find a unmarked business tenant
