Tyger Waterfront Apartments are situated in Tyger Waterfront. There are privately owned and furnished apartments so you can either live there or stay for a couple of days.Although there are no supermarkets there are many restaurants, service providers and within walking distance from Tygervalley and Willowbridge Malls, to make it a convenient place to live. The waterfall is spectacular and one can easily while away an afternoon watching the world and canoeist go by.There are also quite a few animals like dassies, mongoose, squirrels, geese and birds if you keep your eyes open. There are many rumours about the actual depth of the quarry and speculation about whether or not there are skeletons in in the quarry or not 🤫 I spotted a takkie at the foot of the waterfall...

This was a beautiful apartment for my wife and grand daughters really enjoyed. Peace and quiet and the neatness says it all. Really would recommend this place called the cliff anytime. To Mary Ann my dear thank you for allowing me that 2 hours stay cause my flight was late in the evening. The security was up to mark. To sum it awesome. Also a big thank you to all the kind ladies from rooms for Africa for finding me this place. Thank you.

We stayed at the Cascades III in a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment. Management was very accommodating and friendly prior to checking in and even after checking in. Restaurants, the mall and shopping centers were walking distance away. I truly did not want to leave. There is no other place I would want to stay on my next visit to the wonderful and beautiful Cape Town area.

GOSH!! I was impressed with the tight security they have in comfortable and stylish apartments over looking the waterfront!! Also all of the apartment blocks are in walking distance from the waterfront!!Falcon Crests is extremely clean!!

Very basic! I was disappointed. Bedding looked dirty. No soap or even soap bowl in shower. Only cheap hand wash at basin. Floor unit- no window in kitchen or bathroom. Drains were blocked - water not running out if basin. As someone else said in review - WiFi poor or non existent. Garden was in disgrace. Won’t recommend !!!!

Classy and modern

I have lived there 2 years. It is very close to all your shopping needs and has nice views and great security. The only down side is that there is usually quite a lot of commotion on weekends across the water and this causes a low level buzz constantly at night. You get used to it.

I was visiting a friend that lived there. Its great that you have restaurant and shops at the bottom. There is a nice admosfeer there. The renting price is quite a lot just for a small appartenent in a massive building.

It is awesome. I stay here. It is costly though but safe and secure.

Apartments are great,friendly security service but a lady named Deseree leaves a lot to be improved. She is rude and impatient and quite frankly left me wondering who deals with clients in such an abrupt and curt manner-a first for me.
