Its nice to know some business that can have a small factory shop to sell excess stock to the public. My only concern is they have a board to advertise the factory outlets at the entrance of Prime park or at the individual premises.

Fairly large business park with many totally different types of businesses. Parking near the company you are visiting can sometimes be an issue. But there is usually more parking further away.

Rents are OK, telecoms such as fiber are outrageously expensive, one sole provider thus the dictatorship, other than that, good access, some good companies...
