A great complex! Cleaned, well maintained and ideal for small to medium businesses. A variety of different business types and uses for light industrial/office units within. A peaceful and safe environment with great accessibility from Koeberg and Bowmandam Road, avoiding the busier Montague Gardens.

Been visiting here for a number of years primarily to esquire technologies, and as a result saw a tshirt place where i could buy tshirts from.It would be great if one could see at either entrance a list of companies having offices there.Security at the entrance are kind and efficient.

Nothing much to say, it is just l feel so great when l get to places that offers me peace of mind. You could hardly here a sound or have disturbances, good places for book reading outting, as well as listening to good music have the spirit... Not really romantic but just to go and chill as a couple l highly recommend

Cars entering the door are strictly controlled and time-consuming, so it is better to park on the outside and walk in easily. The check point at the gate took me quite a bit of time, will park outside then walk toward the restaurant which close to the entrance.
