The business park is located central point ideal for warehousing manufacturing, good sea breeze climate condition for wine storage. In between Cape town CBD and Stellenbosch.

I enter n leave there daily n over the past few weeks security has become a hastle as there booms are always problematic..the head of security has no etiquette and is disrespectful toward public visitors.. its the only park iv visited in CT that operates this backward. Coming into the park there are no signs of where to find any place n also security are no good at directing. Its fairly clean and also has its own set of road rules n pedestrian crossings which has no markings but is in full use. I sadly dislike this park because of how its run from the entrance bt am obliged to go there.

Im a regular visitor.... very slow to get into! System seems inefficient to handle more than 2 visitors at a time. There is always a queue. Booms are often faulty. Gaurds are really friendly and doing the best they can!

Very nice place but I have to say that I am disgusted by the attitude of the lady who is charge of security around the business park, today I was treated like a criminal simply because Im driving a new car which was bought in Vereeniging

I work at allfire and marine services here we service dcp fire extinguisher, sales of new extinguishers, 9kg dcp, 4.5dcp. 2,5 dcp 1.5 and 1.0 kg, co2 2kg and co2 5kg hose reels, fire hoses signage etc

It s business place and around shopping centre..Also closer there is location.There is nothing wrong to go there ..or visit area.

This is one of the few places with the tightest security. Those guys at the gate will never let you in alone if they dont recognise you. They mean business. I am impressed with their set up of the warehouses though. Its a really good environment for meduim businesses that sell tangible products for storage and dispatch. Im just impressed.

The setting of the park is amazing and with tranquil surroundings and incredible bird-life you can consider yourself lucky to work in such an environment. I used the conference facility for my wedding and have nothing but praise for the conference centre and professional management. Check out the pics.
