Such a beautiful serene place. Love the Vida Cafe that is snug in a cozy corner. The service is always warm and inviting and not to say the least about the hot and cold drinks, the food and their snacks. Love love love everything about it....

Black River Park is an office park with offices and businesses, it has a lovely cafe with lovely food there. Secure location for a business and when you are at the top of a building it has beautiful views. Absolutely clean and gorgeous buildings.

This place is conveniently situated a few minutes away from the N2 highway allowing easy access to the airport or the City. It has high quality office space at reasonable rates and is always clean and well presented.

Classy place, nice offices and quiet space to work at

Fairly large business park. Mostly IT based businesses. I find it annoying to have to pay for parking when you are visiting a business. Remember to ask if the business can stamp your parking ticket. There is one large parking area for visitors for all the buildings. This can be a walk to some buildings, especially when you are carrying stuff. Everything is very neat and tidy.

Upmarket business park that looks really great. I was just there for a meeting at Dimension Data so the little that I did see looked really impressive. Something that was very apparent to me was the tremendous lack of parking space. When I got there the parking inside was full as well as the area opposite the building. There were cars on the sidewalk and I was very fortunate to find one in the street side parking right in front of DD.

Very beautiful place for pictures it bring the best out of the picture, if you love pictures and looking for a decent place this place if one of them. They also have awesome food. I love there burgers

Fantastic office park. Only went there to get my visa. Building is modern and there are Cafeteria / Restaurants to serve your appetite for a meeting or in case you have to wait.

Very helpful security guards. None of them had any problems with helping me even though they werent allowed to leave their posts.

The place is awesome with nice Cafes to seat and relax especially if your visiting for the first time

Lots of businesses to view and to choose from. You feel quite safe. Very nice setting.

This is mostly a business park and not a place for casual shopping. However there are a few small businesses that cater to the locals. The one bistro is overpriced and their monopoly had lowered the quality of their food. There is also a very good carwash that uses water from the nearby river and a nice little corner shop with friendly staff. A recent development had also banned smoking on the property making it more pleasant for the non-smokers.

Lots of secure parking, not too expensive. If youre an actor you are going to have to ask someone where the casting studio is. Its down a set of stairs and under a building. I like it though.

A large and spread out office park with a variety of businesses and public facing service companies like visa processing agents. Parking options could be somewhat better - with even paid parking in some parts of the park being open unshaded spaces. Parking also doesnt take credit cards, but you can pay with snapscan.

Found it confusing to interpret Google Maps directions to a spesific building in the Park. Was directed to access the Park through the exit/no entrance road. But the Park is neat and secure with ample parking.

The shortish that Black River Park took to be Eco-friendly is a fine example for other new and existing developments
