The sessions with Credo and Helene have been really fantastic. Not only a way to engage with other team members in a time of remote work but also as a time to reflect and really think about the way we talk, discuss, respond and question other team members - particularly from a leadership perspective. Really amazing.

I would highly recommend the Leading Remote Teams course to anyone working within a remote team environment. The course content is relevant and useful especially for someone like myself who hasn’t interacted with their colleagues beyond the virtual space. Each section had a short and to-the-point message that was very digestible, and the course had a great balance of theory and practical tips overall. Lastly, the length of the course was perfect for me - enough time to go deep enough into each section to understand the message without losing interest. Keep up the great work, Credo Growth!

Thoroughly enjoyed the half day session with Helene, where we learnt more about leaders as coaches. The tools were excellent, and I highly recommend for any leader who is considering coaching their team.

Helene is exceptional at developing custom programmes to suit the business needs. She finds the core issues and is supportive in providing excellent workable solutions. She is great at bringing teams together and helping them grow.
