I engaged Michal for supervision sessions to strengthen my coaching practice. I am so grateful I did. I always receive a warm welcome and when I leave I have new insights and am inspired to be the best I can be. Every session is tailored to my needs and Michals knowledge and experience is evident throughout the session.

Karen understands the team very well and has systematically engaged with each member to unlock their potential by understanding their challenges and strengths and how they in turn engage with the rest of the team.Karen clearly understands her content extensively and is able to translate it well into a working environment and with the team.I have not done individual coaching with her so cannot comment on this aspect but I encountered working with the rest of the management team and now jnr management where she is working and note the changes taking place in them as they engage tricky situations, colleagues or customers.I never give a 5 rating as there is always room for improvement and an opportunity for each of us to learn.

The impact the course has had on our organisation is phenomenal.in creating better understanding of the intentions which inform behaviour and also how to better communicate with each other according to MVS and CS.The facilitation style has also been very welcomed and commended.

Working with my life coach, Karen, I have learned to question and stretch myself. The coaching process has given me the tools to work well in an increasingly complex business environment.
