I live in Somerset-west, builtit is the closest but to the owner go and review your compony policies to customers. You just lost a helova lot of money due to me building and if you have patty rules on a rainy day i have to say your competition is where ill go. Disappointed Customers.

Very disorganized. Find an item is a mission, there are no signs on each aisle to indicate what a section has.Prices vary and are usually ok.10 checks before you leave. The security is harder and stronger that other similar places. Not nice, actually too much.On top of that people are not really friendly. I try to avoid this place.Too many security controls , added to the general disorganized environment does not make a pleasant experience.

So i have been shopping here for 6 years supporting Local and mostly the staff that works there are the same as from day one. Most of them are very unfriendly and a lot of the males will sell you items just so you have to go back and buy other stuff because you were given the wrong advice.Its time you have yearly reviews based on what your customers and stats say...Its easy selling to people that come there because its their go to or they were advised to do soHow many new clients each person brings in monthly does that person come back ,Ever?Daily weekly and monthly targetsWhat % of your business comes off the stock on the floor to new customersI am certain you will be surprisedThe gentleman behind the paint mixing section are Fabulous and always friendly.The ladies at the till are great i have a favorite sits closest to the exit...Thank You Busi for being such a deserving assistant..

Not such a huge variety like Builders Warehouse but definitely worth going to for your average needs. Staff helpful unlike other places as mentioned. Pricing also good enough to revisit.

Very eager personal who wants to help you. The store is centrally located. They have a big variety of products. There is a paint section that mixes paint as well. The only thing is that you have to pay R180 delivery. I am a old client and still have to pay full delivery fees.

This is a moderately big hardware. Each time I have been to this shop there seem to be dozens of staff wandering around and yet it is almost impossible to get help and when someone does help they dont seem to have a clue about their stock or about diy in general. Really disappointing on the customer service side of things

Pathetic as usual. They offer for delivery and I said no as I saw a review with regards to delivery. On Saturday 19 December 2015 I paid for everything and said we will collect. When my cousin went there on Sunday, they told him it was not set out for collection and how convenient the guy that assisted us on Sunday was on leave. I paid for my stuff! !!!!!!! Saturday already. Im so pissed off
