It has the basic necessities. I dont like buying hardware over a counter. But I do understand it for security reasons. If you need screws, plumbing or painting equipment they have it.

Staff not to friendly. Item I bought was marked R 45.00 then when went to till they rudely tried to tell me its R116.00 for 2 items when it should have been R 90.00

This is build-up of many bad experience. Today was the final straw.I sent my son to get the frosting sheet. My son advised that need 1m by 1m frosting, the sale lady who apparently always know better advised he must take the spray. Now this has happened several times before. She will imposes and tell you what you should take not what you want or need. I always gave them the upper hand, even how they speak to clients. Please don’t ever jy en jou me- you don’t know me. Speak to me in decent manner and properly.On other occasions I was told to check myself as I don’t know what I need on my own DIY projects. This is certainly not a store that will see me or family again. Then I would rather wait and take a drive to Ottery Buildit or even to Bucco in Blackheath just to get a better service. But to get a service like this is appalling. Besides the prices are higher than the other branches, but wait for when the sale paper comes out and you find that they don’t have any of the sales items available. Just because you live in Belhar does not mean that you have to accept the poor service. People know your worth and kak from them is NOT it...

First things first. the minute I step in Build It Belhar tomorrow morning 01/12/2017 the living HELL will come ALIVE. I want my money back including my wasted airtime, petrol money and labor cost. this was the worst pathetic ever service you can get at any store. believe me I will first go to the police station just right next to Build It to demand my money back.
