I received phenomenal service from Jade at the Montague Gardens branch. I required a floor polisher as mine had decided to break down and although they did not have any available at the branch, he told me he would find one for me. He called me back a short while later to let me know he had not yet been successful but would keep trying. I received a very welcome phone call this morning to let me know that he had found one at the Parow branch and arranged it for me to collect. Excellent service and I know where to go to next time I need to hire any equipment. Great service at the Parow branch also. Big thumbs up all round

The staff was very helpful ,but the said thing is every piece of equipment I hired from them was faulty. A cement mixer, lasted for 2 hours, compactor same story, every time the guys on site lost working time. We lost 2 days of production on site an the expense of 10 men.

Absolutely brilliant service. Sent our guy to Hire it Montague Gardens after a terrible experience from a different company 5 min away from them. Rep Chriss service was refreshing, not much hassle and even though I was coordinating this from the one end of the phone line, he was quick, helpful and went beyond expectation to assist. We will definitely make this a go to place for any equipment hire, this is much appreciated and would recommend this place:)

Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. I have been using them for a while now and they have never disappointed me. One time my builders complained about the equipment that was broken, I returned it and was given another one and an extra day for inconvenience.

Honestly just a terrible experience from beginning to end, only writing this review to save other customers the hassle. Eventually ended up hiring the items I needed from another company that actually wanted my business.

Absolutely terrible service from Bradley and Sahied. They failed to recognise me as a customer and they kept treating me like they were doing me a favour. I ended up not using their service because it just cannot take 3 days and 10 phone calls to deliver.
