Ordered a lamb korma salomie via Mr Delivery today. When I opened the salomie there were a few bits of meat and some potatoes with no curry sauce. Was the worst driest salomie Ive ever eaten and for the price they charge I could have gotten better at their competitors

R69 for this. Such value for money!

The service was really good. However I literally had tiny pieces of meat strips in R150 worth of lamb Aknie takeaway. That was super disappointing

I should not be giving this place a star, but its the only way I can write a review. We had roti and curry from Lady bee on the 10th. At 1 in the morning our stomachs started cramping and running through the whole of Sunday. When we we called the manager told us there is a stomach bug and we can come get more food the following weekend. I dont want free food. I want fresh food.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Lovely food at affordable prices with their daily specials, their homemade sauce by the counter especially the chilli dip is very very good! Food quality is alright hence of the affordable price, however interms of Covid Regulations they should wear their masks properly.

I ordered 4 salomies via Mr Delivery. Its was very delicious but too little filling in the roti for the price I paid. In the future I will order but expect more lamb/chicken filling. Thank you

We bought food to the total of over R500 Sunday 11 April 2021 at the Voortrekker branch and were dissatisfied and disappointed. All the food (except the masala and peppersteak roast beef) lacked taste and salt. The roasted veggies had a sour taste to it (not sure if it was off or if lemon juice was used); the chicken akhni is off, both meat (think beef) curries were so oily, it caused an unbearable amount of heartburn. The white sauce on the veggies looked as if it was made with water instead of milk, there is a distinct difference in the white sauce on the cauliflower and broccoli vs the lasagne (which was ok in taste, but lacked some salt).Having spent so much money there yesterday and to be so bitterly disappointed in the food, I found compelled to bring this the establishments attention via Facebook Messenger. They responded quite quickly and got the Mushtaq, the store manager to call me.He was very combative and very defensive - my feedback was not personally directed at him though he felt the need to make me feel as if I was imagining everything I described above because there were people dining in at the time my husband was there and he didnt get any complaints. I wouldve thought he would have at least been a bit apologetic, I was just relaying our experience with the food we spent over R500 on.At the end of the call, he said he welcomed all feedback good or bad (it didnt sound that way during the call, I barely got much speaking time) and that I should ask for him next time Im at the shop so that we can talk about the matter. I then advised him that there is no need to further discuss, I have provided my feedback and will not be visiting a Lady Bee again. There are many other places where we can get tastier food for the amount of money we spent.I relayed the info from the call to the social account via FB messenger and got a response of OK - surely that is not an acceptable response to a customer. The excuse was that apparently he/she couldnt see my full message - why not respond when the full message was seen? The lack of professionalism display by both the store manager and social media just reinforced my decision to never step foot in a Lady Bee EVER again. There are far too many places I can go where I can get tasty and quality food, with professional employees.
